Terms of Use

You must be at least 13 years old (or 16 years old where required by local law) to use Xypher-Chat. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

By design, Xypher-Chat enforces one active device per account. When you log in from a new device, your previous session may be ended and you will be alerted. This is a security feature, not a bug, and helps protect your account from unauthorized access.

You are responsible for your content and for complying with all applicable laws. You agree not to use Xypher-Chat to send, store, or distribute content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.

If you create a group in Open-Chat, you accept full responsibility for your group's content. As a group creator, you are responsible for moderating your group and ensuring its content complies with these Terms and all applicable laws. You must acknowledge the content-liability agreement before creating a group.

Open-Chat is a public social space within Xypher-Chat. The following rules apply:

• No bots or automated accounts. All Open-Chat participants must be real people.
• Admin-verified groups. Groups must be approved by an administrator before they go live.
• No illegal, harmful, or harassing content. Violations may result in immediate removal of the content and suspension of your account.

Premium and Business subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing cycle until cancelled. You can cancel at any time through the app's Settings screen or through the app store where you purchased the subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Xypher-Chat is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure access to the service. Your use of the application is at your own risk.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, including but not limited to accounts that send illegal content, harass other users, use bots in Open-Chat, or attempt to compromise the security of the platform. Suspension may occur without prior notice.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of Xypher-Chat after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
